Nubiz.net does reserve the right to modify, change, reject, delete, or up date any information provided on this site by an advertising client. Nubiz.net also reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or update-advertising listing features in any way with out notice.

Nubiz.net is a lead generating adverting service. All business and franchise advertisers are not employed by or otherwise affiliated with Nubiz.net. Nubiz.net is in no way responsible for their actions, representations, or business dealings. Nubiz.net reserves the right to refer to these service clients as "members", "subscribers", "affiliates", "advertisers", or any other related description.

Payment of service is due prior to the activation of any adverting service. According to the periodic billing plan you choose, all franchise company, business broker, agents, advertising service account are considered subscriptions that will be billed to your credit card according to client agreement and renew on a ongoing basis. To cancel any subscription prior to additional billing, simply contact us at sales@nubiz.net.com. Pricing for these membership is subject to change with or with out notice. It is the responsibility of the adverting, subscription, membership purchaser to cancel their advertising aftersubscription period and to read any additional periodical subscription changers. Declined credit card authorizations, bad checks, or bad payments may be subject to a service fee that will be determined by Nubiz.net. Nubiz.net reserves the right to increase prices for any of its memberships services, or other products at anytime with or without notice. It is the subscriber / members responsibility to monitor the current process on our website and to cancel their subscription membership if they do not wish to pay.

Nubiz.net is in no way obligated to refund any money service purchased after the actual service has been activated or implemented. Refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds made by the company will be done following Nubiz.net own internal procedures and time line.

All primary contacts for advertiser on Nubiz.net will be automatically provided a subscription to the Nubiz.net e-mail newsletter plus other company related communication products and services. Nubiz.net reserves the right to collect e-mail address and other contact information from potential business investors, entrepreneurs, opportunity seeker, and other site user who wish to contact advertisers found on Nubiz.net through the e-mail contact and other forms of communication.

Nubiz.net reserves the right to modify and re-classify any advertiser listing on the site at any time by adding new industry related categories, or modify or adjusting any other classification system that defines where or how a user will find a listed company's ads. The changes may alter the way a listing advertisement is found through the web sites various search functions and tools.

Please note not all of the advertisers in the various franchise channels on Nubiz.net are not legally a franchise. Some of the companies that advertise in theses channels are dealership opportunities Nubiz.net recommends seeking advice of a lawyer, business consultant, franchise advisor, or accountant before purchasing any of these opportunities.

Nubiz.net relies on an outside vendor for website hosting and some technology solutions. Nubiz.net is not responsible for any web site downtime or service interruption associated with any technology problem(s), internet problem(s) or any other type of problem(s) and is in no way obligated to make monetary reimbursement or refunds for any reason.
